On an industrial construction site, several contractors work to separate schedules toward a common completion date. Each is individually competent. The failures happen between them: access conflicts, sequence assumptions nobody wrote down, a utility connection that two parties each expected the other to arrange.
Our role is to hold those interfaces explicitly — who does what, in which order, with which precondition — and to keep that register alive as the schedule moves.
