Site Supervision & Commissioning

Eyes on the work while it is happening, not a report about it afterwards.

The problem

What gets built is what gets supervised

Contractors do what is inspected. Not out of bad faith — because on a busy site, the thing nobody is watching is the thing that gets done the quick way. Without someone holding the line on sequence, quality and isolation, the gap between the drawing and the installation opens quietly.

We put experienced supervision on site: people who know what a correct installation looks like, who can stop work when it is wrong, and who see the job through testing into operation.

What we take on

On site, through to handover

Execution supervision

Daily oversight of installation and modification work against the approved package.

Quality & inspection

QA/QC follow-up, inspection coordination and witness points held rather than waived.

Permit-to-work discipline

Isolation, lock-out and permit compliance on installations that stay live around the work.

Pre-commissioning

Systematic checks, loop testing support and readiness verification before start-up.

Commissioning support

Start-up support alongside operations, with issues logged and resolved as they appear.

Punch list & close-out

Driving the remaining points to zero instead of carrying them into operations.

What you get

An installation you can actually accept

Supervision should end with a handover that operations is willing to sign, and a file that proves why.

Work starting on site soon?

Supervision is cheapest to arrange before mobilisation and most expensive to arrange after the first non-conformance.
