Different people. Greater possibilities.

Engineering and project work on industrial sites, carried by people who are given a real scope and the backing to run it.

Working at Avorque

The work is demanding, and we say so

Industrial project work is not comfortable. Sites are busy, windows are tight, and the safety rules exist because people have been hurt. Decisions get made with incomplete information and someone has to be accountable for them anyway.

What we offer in return is work that is actually yours: a defined scope, the context behind it, and a technical lead who backs you when it gets difficult. If we do not have something that fits you, we will say so rather than keep you on a list.

What you get

Four things we commit to

Work with a defined scope

You are given a scope, the context behind it and the authority to run it — not dropped somewhere to figure out what is expected.

Technical backing behind you

A technical lead to escalate to and colleagues who know the installations. You are never the only person responsible for getting it right.

Development with dates on it

Certification and training planned against a timeline, reviewed, and adjusted — not promised at interview and forgotten.

Straight answers about the work

What the role involves, what it pays, where it leads and what it demands. Said before you commit, not discovered in month two.

Tell us where you stand

Projects come up faster than a vacancy page keeps pace with. Send us your details and we will contact you when something genuinely fits — or tell you what would make it fit.
