Service

Industrial Staffing & Secondment

Skilled technical people on your site — vetted, compliant and ready to work from day one.

The short version

The people your site is short of

Every industrial operation runs into the same wall eventually: the work is there, the equipment is there, but the qualified hands are not. A maintenance technician leaves. A project needs six people for four months. A shift cannot be covered safely.

We place technical professionals into those gaps — people whose skills and certificates we have verified, who know what an industrial environment demands, and who have had an honest conversation about the job before accepting it.

What this covers

Roles we place

Maintenance & mechanical

Mechanics, fitters, millwrights and maintenance technicians for planned and breakdown work.

Electrical & instrumentation

E&I technicians, instrument specialists and automation support for installations and upgrades.

Process & operations

Panel and field operators, process technicians and shift personnel for continuous operations.

Supervision & coordination

Site supervisors, foremen, planners and work preparators who keep the job organised.

Welding & fabrication

Certified welders, pipefitters and fabrication personnel for construction and repair scopes.

Technical support functions

QA/QC, HSE support, document control and other roles that keep a site compliant.

How it runs

From request to first shift

01

The intake

We go through the role properly: scope, installation, team, shift pattern, certificates required, and what previously did not work.

02

Search and screening

Technical verification, certificate checks and references. You see a shortlist of people we would stand behind, not a stack of CVs.

03

Practical arrangements

Contract, payroll, insurance, safety documentation, site instruction and access — arranged before the start date.

04

During the assignment

Structured check-ins with you and with the person placed. Issues surface early, while they are still easy to solve.
